The following is information about some of our 2019 activities:

09/29/2019: Janice Deckman (Caliva), daughter of Lucy Caliva (Paparatto). Lucy Paparatto was my Aunt Molly’s daughter (my mother's sister - Molly Cicero).
Lucy Caliva, my Mother just passed away last Saturday, 9/28. We were very lucky to have her till 92yrs old. I am attaching the link from the funeral home in case there is someone out there wanting to share a memory of her. Lucy T. Caliva Obituary - Santa Clara, CA

 

07/26/2019: Joe Hutchinson, Uncle Joe’s grandson emailed me the following information!

For those of you not aware with heavy and broken heart, my wife, Nanette, who received donor lungs on May 20th, for her idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis NSIP unexpectedly and stunningly died yesterday (Wednesday 7/24/19) 4 AM. Paramedic said she had no pulse and believes it was her heart. I believe fluid on her donated lungs made her heart work extra hard he had them drained 4X since our return from Tucson 6/4.
I'm in a state of grief. Upon the paramedics telling they could not resuscitate her � I was in denial and can only cradle her and beg her to please don't go. I can now hardly finish it is painful typing this, but I needed and outlet.
She was an amazing woman the everyone loved, with a cadre of friends that is unsurpassed. I will miss her dearly for as many of you know prior to her disease I missed her even when she was gone for an entire Saturday. But her working from home it was understandable for her need to get out. I will leave you with our song (as may know I'm very musically inclined) dating year 1975* of our marriage -- bicentennial year 1976 (wed 6/5/76), St. Mary's downtown PHX.
